In recognition of restructuring the Company's multi-business portfolio which encompass a wide

of businesses Such as Water Pumps, Membrane, Cartridge Filters, Electro-chlorination System,
Dredges, Valves, Power Generators & Power Saving Devices ATEICO brand name was adapted and
remains the Parent Brand.
Ateico has introduced world leading brands such as - Florescent Ballast, Met-Pro Pump, Pentair
Pump,
Fybroc Fiberglass, Fairbank Morse, Toray, Cathelco Group, Ellicott to name a few into Domestic
Market and has been instrumental in managing their distribution channel and monitoring overseas
Sales respectively.
